Project Description

CPFI

Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International

CPFI is an international ministry that was founded by Warren Weaver in the late 1970s as the result of a lack of support for Christian pharmacists. The first unofficial meetings were held at national pharmacy conventions until CPFI achieved national recognition in 1984.

The mission of CPFI is to integrate advanced ethics in pharmacy practice, encourage the integration of the Christian faith into practice, and provide support and fellowship opportunities to members.

CPFI student chapters exist at many schools of pharmacy throughout the United States, providing students with scholarships and ministry opportunities. The Erie chapter aims to encourage pharmacy students in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ and grow in their faith.
